Because perfume is a personal-use, non-returnable product, we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once an order has been placed and paid for.
2. Change of mind or scent preference
Fragrance is subjective and reacts differently on every skin. We cannot accept refunds or exchanges because you don't like the scent, expected it to smell different, or find it doesn't last as long on your skin. We encourage you to read the scent notes and description carefully before ordering.
3. Pre-orders
Pre-orders are made-to-order and non-refundable and non-cancellable once payment is confirmed. Estimated production and shipping dates are provided at checkout and may shift slightly. We will keep you updated on any changes.
4. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
We want you to receive your order in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within [3] days of delivery with:

- A clear photo of the item and its packaging
- An unboxing video (strongly recommended)
If the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement or other suitable remedy at our discretion.
5. Shipping issues
Once your order has been handed to the courier, delays, loss, or failed deliveries caused by the courier are handled according to the courier's own claims process. Please make sure your name, address, and contact number are correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect details provided by the customer.
